Truly, one of the easiest smoothies to make. If you are drinking this in place of a traditional breakfast, use bananas. If it's meant to be a snack or dessert, you can substitute milk for frozen yogurt.

Ingredients Edit

  • 1 apple, peeled and cored
  • 1 peeled banana
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 3 ice cubes

Directions Edit

  1. Cut apple and banana into medium sized chunks.
  2. Add chopped fruit to blender.
  3. Pour milk over fruit and add ice cubes.
  4. Blend for 5–7 minutes or until smoothie is thick and creamy.
