Truly, one of the easiest smoothies to make. If you are drinking this in place of a traditional breakfast, use bananas. If it's meant to be a snack or dessert, you can substitute milk for frozen yogurt.
- 1 apple, peeled and cored
- 1 peeled banana
- ¼ cup milk
- 3 ice cubes
- Cut apple and banana into medium sized chunks.
- Add chopped fruit to blender.
- Pour milk over fruit and add ice cubes.
- Blend for 5–7 minutes or until smoothie is thick and creamy.
