An excellent source of Vitamin C, a glass of juice with breakfast will help you make it to lunch!
- 4 oranges, rinsed and dried
- Roll each orange on the side of the counter, then cut in half.
- Squeeze juice into a glass or pitcher. If you want less pulp, use a hand juicer with a strainer.
