  • 1 TBsp cooked Rice
  • 1 packet yeast
  • 1/2 tsp water

Directions Edit

  • Dissolve sugar in 1/4 cup warm water, add yeast. Wait until yeast starts foaming.
  • Blend the cooked rice in 1 cup water, add coconut milk, rice flour, salt and yeast water.
  • Keep overnight to ferment the batter.
  • Make crepes in the morning, serve with whatever filling you like
