- 1 cup Sweet rice flour
- 1 TBsp cooked Rice
- 1 TBspoon sugar
- 1 packet yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp water
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- Dissolve sugar in 1/4 cup warm water, add yeast. Wait until yeast starts foaming.
- Blend the cooked rice in 1 cup water, add coconut milk, rice flour, salt and yeast water.
- Keep overnight to ferment the batter.
- Make crepes in the morning, serve with whatever filling you like
