A great gluten free recipe.
- 4 ounces flaked coconut
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoon gluten-free vanilla
- 4 squares unsweetened chocolate melted
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Drop from teaspoon one inch apart on well greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 °F for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Remove from baking sheet at once.
