Mrs.Thompson(played by Jennifer Hale)is a recurring villain/antagonist that appears in Shangri-La:Geisha Assassin,Shangri-La:After the Rain,Shangri-La:Spirit War Chronicle,Shangri-La:Samurai Spies,Shangri-La:Revenge of the Marine Spirits,and Shangri-La:Wind Princess.She is Abigail's arch-nemesis.Unlike Abigail,Thompson has been shown to be prejudice,xenophobic,and somewhat racist because she hates many different people and nationality,such as Japanese,African Americans,and Hong Kong people.Unlike her other arch-nemesis,Odie,Thompson doesn't like to kidnaps/steal the beagle puppies because they're too cute.She's also found out Odie's dirty little secret that the reason why Odie chooses to skin the puppies is that when the young dogs reach into adulthood,their furs becomes very rough,which doesn't sell as well in the fashion industries/clothes stores.In "Wind Princess",Thompson works as a clothes seller in the clothes stores that was supposedly owned by Odie's late grandmother before Odie was born.Her boss,Odie(played by Jason Lee as a teenager and adult,and Tara Platt as a child),has two passions in life;electric fans and furs.Thompson,inspired by her beagle,designs a cape made with cream spotted fur.Odie is intrigued by the idea of making garments out of actual beagles.When he learns that Jamie has given birth to 18 puppies,he offers the two female criminals for 300,000 rupiah,but they refuse.Flying into a maniacal rage,Odie dismissed Mrs.Thompson and seeks revenge/vengeance against her and Valerie(played by Grey Delisle)by killing the two female criminals in the mean way with an electric rice cooker.He has his henchmen,Taz the Tasmanian Devil(played by Jim Cummings),Sylvester the Cat(played by Joe Alaskey),Henry Hawk(also played by Joe Alaskey),Buzz Buzzard(played by Mark Hamill),Wile E. Coyote(played by Daran Norris),Pinky(played by Rob Paulsen),and Brain(played by Maurice Lamarche) to steal the puppies and deliver them to the big house that was supposedly owned by Odie's late grandmother after the birth of her eldest son,Yogi.With the help of the other dogs and animals scattered throughout East and West Denpasar,the puppies manage to outwit Sylvester,Henry,Buzz,Taz,Wile E. Coyote,Pinky,and Brain,and eventually escape to an old abandoned house,where their parents have been called to wait.But shortly after,Odie reveals himself and tries to retrieve them,but he's ultimately got his butt kicked into a pig pen by a horse after being covered in rose syrup.All of the beagles get home and saved by Audrey(played by David Cross),Odie's older twin brother,along with his comrades,Alvin Seville(played by Justin Long),and Brittany Miller(played by Christina Applegate),who then hits Odie in the head with an umbrella until he's ultimately passed out,presumably taken under house arrest by Yogi,Odie's biological father along with his henchmen.After the deaths of Mrs.Thompson and Valerie,two young penguins named Pororo(played by Laura Bailey),and his girlfriend,Petty(played by Michelle Ruff)adopt the other beagles that was supposedly stoles by Odie and his henchmen,bringing the total into 101 and the ending themes called "Hajimari no asa Ni Hikari Are",Heartbeat,Heartbreak",Reach Out to the Truth","Your Affection","When Did Your Heart Go Missing?",and "Smile" began to play.
