• 6 lean pork chops
• 1 can gluten-free chicken soup
• 1⅓ cup pre-cooked rice
• 1 cup of orange juice

Directions Edit

1. Brown pork chops.
2. Place rice in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
3. Pour orange juice over rice and arrange chops on top of that.
4. Pour gluten-free chicken soup or broth over the chops.
5. Bake covered for 45 minutes at 350°F.
6. Uncover and bake an additional ten minutes.
